TERMS OF REFUND
* Our policy lasts 30 days. You can ask for a refund within 21 days post-delivery If 21 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange*
* You have to email us at hellomarajewels@gmail.com about a return for a refund within 21 days post delivery.
* Customized or Personalized order or Engraving on any jewelry done cannot be return or exchanged, as they are specially made on request for you on order basis.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging..
* Your refund will be processed approximately 5 business days after we receive it.
* Your refund will be issued back to the method of payment used in the original purchase, or by check if the original payment method was bank wire, cash, or any other payment requiring special processing. If the original method of payment was a credit card, you will see the refund reflected on your account within the next 4-7 business days.
* International bank wire purchases will be refunded in USD according to the exchange rate at time of purchase. Mara Jewels is not responsible for differences in foreign currency refund amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund. MARA JEWELS is not responsible for any foreign exchange or other fees that are charged by the customer's financial institution.
What products aren't eligible for return?
1) Orders outside of our 30-day return policy (including Layaway orders).
2) Rings that have been resized or modified.
3) Engraved fine jewelry. Please note that while you can return an engraved ring, we charge $40 to remove the custom engraving.
4) Personalized fine jewelry such as name necklaces.
5) Items that have been previously exchanged.
6) Custom designed jewelry.
7) Any orders that were altered while in process.
SHIPPING
* To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by marajewels.com (please email at hellomarajewels@gmail.com)
* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
* Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
* If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
* If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
* Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
* Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
